It’s World Sleep Day and we are celebrating, in our new Snorezzz t-shirts, by sharing ideas for a good night’s sleep. Here are some of our top tips:
• Get outside in the sunshine for at least 30 minutes of exercise every day
• Create a cosy, comfortable sleep environment
• Don’t work, eat, watch TV or look at your phone in bed
• Try going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day
